  1. INSPECT REAR SPOILER MOTOR ASSEMBLY

      *a Drive Shaft
      *b Clockwise
      *c Counterclockwise
      *d

      Component without harness connected

      (Rear Spoiler Motor Assembly)

      Check that the drive shaft moves smoothly when the auxiliary battery is connected to the connector terminals.

      OK
      Battery Connection Operational Direction

      Auxiliary battery positive (+) → 3

      Auxiliary Battery negative (-) → 1

      		 Drive shaft rotates clockwise

      Auxiliary Battery positive (+) → 1

      Auxiliary Battery negative (-) → 3

      		 Drive shaft rotates counterclockwise

      Tech Tips

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear spoiler motor assembly.
