ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY(for Front Door) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY)


    1. B000TJPC01
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Door Outside Handle Sub-assembly LH (illumination light assembly))

      Inspect the door outside handle sub-assembly LH (illumination light assembly).


      1. Apply 6.0 V (4 dry cell batteries in series) to the connector and check the illumination conditions.

        OK
        Dry Cell Battery Connection Specified Condition

        Positive (+) → 2(OLP)

        Negative (-) → 1(GND)

        		 Door outside handle sub-assembly LH illuminates
        If the result is not as specified, replace the door outside handle sub-assembly LH (illumination light assembly).

        Note

        Do not apply more than 6.0 V.

  2. INSPECT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY)

      Component without harness connected

      (Door Outside Handle Sub-assembly RH (illumination light assembly))

      Inspect the door outside handle sub-assembly RH (illumination light assembly).
