Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Pass the wire harness into the vehicle and connect the grommet.

    2. Set the rear combination light assembly LH towards the vehicle front to attach the pin and clip.

      B004B1M Install in this Direction - -

    3. Install the 8 bolts.

    4. Install the nut.

      Torque:
      4.5 N*m  { 46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf }

    5. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL REAR BUMPER CORNER EXTENSION LH

  3. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM INNER COVER LH


    1. B004B8D

      Return the luggage compartment trim inner cover LH to its original position.

    2. Install the 3 clips.

  5. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM BOX

  6. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

  7. INSTALL SIDE TRIM BOX

  8. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH

  9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH

  10. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure to install the rope hook assembly on the other side.

      B004B1M Close

      Install the 2 rope hook assemblies with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

    2. Attach the claw to close the 2 rope hook caps.
