  1. INSPECT HEATER ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

      Component without harness connected

      (Heater Accessory Assembly)

      Connect the auxiliary battery positive (+) lead to terminal 2 of the heater water pump assembly connector and the auxiliary battery negative (-) lead to terminal 1. Then check that the heater accessory assembly operates smoothly.

      OK
      Heater accessory assembly operates smoothly.

      Note


      • Perform the check with no water present.

      • Perform the operation check 10 seconds.
