FRONT EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE HEATER GROMMET

    Click here

  4. REMOVE COOLING UNIT PARTS

    Click here

  5. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY


    1. for LHD:


      1. B000RN9

        Remove the screw.

      2. Detach the claw, guide, guide pin and remove the bracket.

      3. Disconnect the 6 connectors in the positions shown in the illustration.

      4. Remove part of the air conditioning harness assembly from the guide.

    2. for RHD:


      1. Disconnect the 6 connectors in the positions shown in the illustration.

      2. Remove part of the air conditioning harness assembly from the guide.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER COVER

  8. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE

    Click here

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER COVER

    Click here

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

  12. REMOVE NO. 4 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  13. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR


    1. B000OZG

      Remove the No. 1 cooler thermistor from the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly.

      Note

      Do not damage the fin more than necessary.
