Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

Note
Make sure to perform initialization after replacing the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly. If initialization is not performed, the air conditioning unit assembly will not perform properly as the air conditioning amplifier assembly will not be able to recognize the position of the No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.
REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE (Valve)
Remove the drain cooler hose (valve).
REMOVE HEATER CASE PACKING
Remove the heater case packing.
REMOVE AIR FILTER COVER PLATE

Detach the claw and guide as shown in the illustration and remove the air filter cover plate.
REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER
Pull out the cooling unit parts.
Detach the guide and remove the clean air filter.
REMOVE SPRING NUT
Remove the 4 spring nuts.
REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY
Remove the 3 screws and blower motor with fan sub-assembly.

When reusing the blower motor with fan sub-assembly:
Remove the heater packing from the blower motor with fan sub-assembly.
REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY
Remove the 3 screws.
Detach the guide and remove the cover plate.

Remove the 2 screws.
Detach the guide and No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.
