  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR

      B004B1M Install in this Direction (1)
      B004CNL Install in this Direction (2)

      Push in the installation direction (1) shown in the illustration to set the front seatback edge protector to the lumbar support adjuster assembly LH.

    2. Push in the installation direction (2) shown in the illustration to attach the claw and install the front seatback edge protector.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for both of the front seatback edge protector.

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK HOOK

      Install 2 new front seatback hooks to the lumbar support adjuster assembly LH.

  3. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH

      B004B1M Install in this Direction

      Slide in the installation direction shown in the illustration to attach the claws of the 2 front seatback hooks.

      Note

      Check that the claws of the front seatback hooks are securely attached.

    2. B004BGE

      Attach the claws.

    3. Connect the connector and attach the wire harness clamps.

      *1 Reclining Adjuster Equalizing Cable Assembly LH

      Install a new cable tie.

      Note


      • Be sure to set the reclining adjuster equalizing cable assembly LH to the back side of the front seatback spring sub-assembly LH.

      • No play in the cable.
