PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (for LHD)

      Component without harness connected

      (No. 1 Interior Illumination Light Assembly LH)

      Inspect the No. 1 interior illumination light assembly LH.


      1. Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the illumination conditions.

        OK
        Auxiliary Battery Connection Specified Condition

        Positive (+) → 2 (B)

        Negative (-) → 1 (E)

        		 No. 1 interior illumination light assembly LH illuminates
        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 interior illumination light assembly LH.

  2. INSPECT NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (for RHD)

      Component without harness connected

      (No. 1 Interior Illumination Light Assembly RH)

      Inspect the No. 1 interior illumination light assembly RH.


      1. Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the illumination conditions.

        OK
        Auxiliary Battery Connection Specified Condition

        Positive (+) → 2 (B)

        Negative (-) → 1 (E)

        		 No. 1 interior illumination light assembly RH illuminates
        If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 interior illumination light assembly RH.
