LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. B000TCZ

      Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the luggage compartment door lock assembly.

    2. Install the luggage compartment door lock assembly to the luggage door lock control cable.

    3. Attach the clamp.

      B004B1M Install in this Direction (1)
      B004CNL Install in this Direction (2)

      Insert the luggage compartment door lock assembly through the service hole at an angle and install it while sliding it through.

    5. Install the luggage compartment door lock assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    6. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK PROTECTOR


    1. Install the back door lock protector.

  3. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
