POWER INTEGRATION SYSTEM DTC CHECK / CLEAR


  1. CHECK DTC


    1. Check No. 1 semiconductor power integration ECU


      1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

      2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

      3. Turn the GTS on.

      4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Power Integration No. 1 / Trouble Codes.

      5. Check for DTCs.


        Body Electrical > Power Integration No.1 > Trouble Codes

    2. Check No. 2 semiconductor power integration ECU (w/ PTC Heater)


      1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

      2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

      3. Turn the GTS on.

      4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Power Integration No. 2 / Trouble Codes.

      5. Check for DTCs.


        Body Electrical > Power Integration No.2 > Trouble Codes

    3. Check No. 3 semiconductor power integration ECU


      1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

      2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

      3. Turn the GTS on.

      4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Power Integration No. 3 / Trouble Codes.

      5. Check for DTCs.


        Body Electrical > Power Integration No.3 > Trouble Codes

  2. CLEAR DTC


    1. Check No. 1 semiconductor power integration ECU


      1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

      2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

      3. Turn the GTS on.

      4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Power Integration No. 1 / Clear DTCs.

      5. Clear the DTCs.


        Body Electrical > Power Integration No.1 > Clear DTCs

    2. Check No. 2 semiconductor power integration ECU (w/ PTC Heater)


      1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

      2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

      3. Turn the GTS on.

      4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Power Integration No. 2 / Clear DTCs.

      5. Clear the DTCs.


        Body Electrical > Power Integration No.2 > Clear DTCs

    3. Check No. 3 semiconductor power integration ECU


      1. Connect the GTS the DLC3.

      2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

      3. Turn the GTS on.

      4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Power Integration No. 3 / Clear DTCs.

      5. Clear the DTCs.


        Body Electrical > Power Integration No.3 > Clear DTCs
