PURGE VALVE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE PURGE VSV


    1. B000TJ6C01
      *A w/ Canister Pump Module
      *B w/o Canister Pump Module

      Disconnect the connector from the purge VSV.

    2. B000ORZC01
      *A w/ Canister Pump Module
      *B w/o Canister Pump Module
      *1 No. 2 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose
      *2 No. 1 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose

      Disconnect the No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge VSV.

    3. Disconnect the No. 1 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge VSV.

    4. Remove the bolt and purge VSV from the intake air surge tank assembly.
