HYBRID CONTROL SYSTEM Pattern Select Switch Eco Mode Circuit

DESCRIPTION

When the ECO mode switch (combination switch assembly) is operated to the ECO mode side, the ECO mode signal is sent to the air conditioning amplifier assembly, and the power save mode of the heater and air conditioning system is activated.

PROCEDURE


  1. READ VALUE USING GTS (CAN BUS CHECK)

    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: System Select / CAN Bus Check.

    4. Enter the following menus: System Select / Health Check.

    5. Check for DTCs.

  3. READ VALUE USING GTS (ECO SWITCH)


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Air Conditioner / Data List / ECO Switch.


      Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Data List

    5. Read the value displayed on the GTS.

    1. Disconnect the P57 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the P85 ECO mode switch (combination switch assembly) connector.

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
