PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

   Tech Tips

   Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the engine coolant temperature sensor.

   
   

   • w/ Canister Pump Module:

   1. Install a new gasket to the engine coolant temperature sensor.

   2. Insert the engine coolant temperature sensor to the end of the rear water by-pass joint and secure it with the clip.

   3. Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
