This DTC is stored when the telephone transceiver assembly receives a result "Defect", "High Temperature" or "Low Voltage" or cannot receive any signals during the mayday battery self-check.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT


    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Click here


      Body Electrical > Navigation System > Clear DTCs

    2. Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output again.

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEPHONE TRANSCEIVER ASSEMBLY - MAYDAY BATTERY)


    1. Disconnect the P134 telephone transceiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the P135 mayday battery connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      P134-30 (BBI+) - P135-1 (BBO+) Always Below 1 Ω
      P134-13 (BBI-) - P135-5 (BBO-) Always Below 1 Ω
      P134-20 (CTR1) - P135-3 (BTR1) Always Below 1 Ω
      P134-21 (CTR2) - P135-4 (BTR2) Always Below 1 Ω
      P134-30 (BBI+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      P134-13 (BBI-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      P134-20 (CTR1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      P134-21 (CTR2) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

  3. CHECK MAYDAY BATTERY


    1. Replace the mayday battery with a normal one and check if the same problem occurs again.
