PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK CONTRACT FLAG


    1. Check the contract flag.


      1. Enter diagnostic mode.

        Click here

      2. Select "Service Information" on the "Service Menu" screen.

      3. Select "MEU Information" from the "Service Information" screen.

      4. Select "G-BOOK Info for Contract" on the "MEU Information" screen.

      5. Check if the flag information indicates "1" as shown in the illustration.

  4. CONTACT G-BOOK SUPPORT CENTER


    1. Contact the G-BOOK support center.


      1. Contact the G-BOOK support center and inform them of the following.


        • The flag information is either "1" or "0".

        • The manual maintenance check did not complete normally.

        The G-BOOK support center will perform an investigation and provide the results.
