QUARTER TRIM SPEAKER INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY WITH BOX

   
   

   1. With the speaker in the installed condition, check there are no abnormalities such looseness or rattling.

   2. Check that there is no foreign matter inside the speaker.

   3. Check that the speaker cone is not damaged.

   4. Replace and check

      
      

      1. Replace with a normal No. 2 speaker assembly with box and operated once more.

         OK
         Malfunction disappears.

         Tech Tips

         Switch the right and left speakers and perform a check when either the right or left No.2 speaker assembly with box is suspected to be malfunctioning.
