CHECK DTC (Using GTS)
Turn the power switch off.
Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Turn the GTS on.
Enter the following menus: Chassis / DRS / Trouble Codes.
Read the DTCs by following the display on the GTS.
CLEAR DTC (Using GTS)
Turn the power switch off.
Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Turn the GTS on.
Enter the following menus: Chassis / DRS / Trouble Codes.
Clear the DTCs by following the display on the GTS.
CHECK DTC (Using SST Check Wire)

Using SST, connect terminals 13 (TC) and 4 (CG) of the DLC3.
Note
Connect the terminals correctly to avoid a malfunction.
Make sure the vehicle is stopped.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
"DIAG DRS" is displayed on the multi-information display and the system starts searching for a malfunction.
If the system is normal, "DRS FF" is displayed.
If the system has a malfunction, "DRS XX" is displayed ("XX" is a 2-digit DTC).
Disconnect SST from terminals 13 (TC) and 4 (CG) of the DLC3.
Note
If there is a malfunction, check for DTCs again after performing repairs and confirm that no DTCs are output.
CLEAR DTC (Using SST Check Wire)
Turn the power switch on (IG).

Using SST, connect and disconnect terminals 13 (TC) and 4 (CG) of the DLC3 4 times within 8 seconds.
Note
Connect the terminals correctly to avoid a malfunction.
Make sure the vehicle is stopped.
Check that no DTCs are output.
Tech Tips
If a problem still exists, DTCs may not be cleared.
Turn the power switch off.
Disconnect SST from terminals 13 (TC) and 4 (CG) of the DLC3.
