BACK-UP LIGHT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL BACK-UP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

      B000WCG Area to Clean

      Clean the application area of the back-up light assembly shown in the illustration.

    2. If reusing the back-up light assembly:


      1. B000Y5UN01

        Cut the 2 pieces of double-sided tape according to the dimensions shown in the illustration.

        Standard Dimension
        Area Dimension
        A 1.2 mm (0.047 in.)
        B 6.8 to 7.2 mm (0.268 to 0.283 in.)
        C 33.8 to 34.2 mm (1.331 to 1.346 in.)

        B000WCG Area to Clean

        Clean the installation surfaces shown in the illustration and apply the 2 pieces of double-sided tape.

      3. Remove the 2 peeling tapes from the 2 double-sided tapes.

      If installing a new back-up light assembly:

      Remove the 2 peeling tapes from a new back-up light assembly.

    4. B000X3DC01
      B000XM7 Screw
      B000TT4 Connector
      B000WCG Double-sided Tape Application Area

      Attach the guide to set the back-up light assembly.

    5. Install the 2 screws.

    6. Apply pressure to the 2 pieces of double-sided tape.

    7. Connect the connector.
