WASHER MOTOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER CONTROL RELAY

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL LEVEL WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

      Attach the guide and temporarily place the windshield washer jar assembly.

    2. Install the windshield washer jar assembly with the 3 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Connect the 2 connectors and the clamps.

      *a Main Nozzle Side
      *b Sub Nozzle Side

      Connect the washer hose and clamp at the position shown in the illustration.

  5. INSTALL WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Attach the claw to install the washer inlet sub-assembly.

  13. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

      B000WYJ Install in this Direction

      Install the grommet.

    2. Push in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and install the windshield washer motor and pump assembly.

    3. Connect the connector.

    4. Connect the washer hose.

  14. ADD WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID


    1. Connect the washer hose and add the windshield washer fluid.

  15. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH


    1. B000UPK

      Temporarily install the front fender liner LH to the vehicle.

    2. Install the 5 screws.

    3. B000YUA

      Install the 6 clips.

    4. B000TPC

      Install the 3 clips.

    5. B000YMW

      Install the 2 screws and clip.

    6. B000VN0

      Install the 4 screws.

      Install the front fender liner LH with the 3 pin hold clips as shown in the illustration.

  16. INSTALL ENGINE SIDE COVER LH


    1. B000UHW

      Attach the claw.

    2. Install the engine side cover LH with the 4 clips.

  17. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH

      Install the front wheel opening extension pad LH with the 4 screws.

  18. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY

  20. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL LH

  21. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  22. INSTALL NO. 2 DECK BOARD

  23. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

  24. PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK
