  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the RH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

      B000WYJ Install in this Direction

      Attach the claw to install the windshield wiper switch assembly.

  2. INSTALL UPPER STEERING COLUMN COVER


    1. Attach the clips to install the upper steering column cover to the meter hood spacer.

    2. Attach the claw to install the upper steering column cover.

  3. INSTALL LOWER STEERING COLUMN COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      B000WYJ Install in this Direction

      Push the lower steering column cover sub-assembly in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration to insert, taking care not to catch the tilt and telescopic switch.

    2. B000X6L

      Attach the claw.

      Note

      Push the lower panel portion of the lower steering column cover sub-assembly and securely attach the claw.

    3. B000Y7F

      Attach the claw to install the lower steering column cover sub-assembly.

      Note

      Push the lower panel portion of the lower steering column cover sub-assembly and securely attach the claw.

    4. Install the screw.

    5. Turn the steering wheel assembly 90° to the left from the straight condition and install the screw.

    6. Turn the steering wheel assembly 90° to the right from the straight condition and install the screw.
