LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B000X1S

      Attach the clamp.

    2. B000VDD

      w/ Release Lever:

      Attach the clamp.

    3. B000XRO

      Draw the cable end of luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly into the inside of vehicle from the luggage room left side.

    4. Attach the clamps.

      *a Cable Clamp
      *b Clamp

      Attach the clamp and cable clamps to install the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly.

    6. B000WXZ

      Put back the room partition panel insulator.

  2. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK OPENER ASSEMBLY


    1. B000XBVC01
      B000WYJ Clockwise Direction

      Attach the cable end to the luggage door lock opener assembly.

    2. Turn clockwise and attach the cable clamp for the luggage door lock opener assembly.

    3. B000W81

      Install the luggage door lock opener assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY
