FUEL LID OPENER UNIT INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING LID SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the fuel tank cap assembly that was installed to prevent entry of foreign matter.

      Set the fuel tank filler pipe shield with the rib facing upward.

      B000WYJ Push

      Push the entire circumference of the lip of the fuel tank filler pipe shield to the outside from the inside of the rear fender.

    4. B000VXBC01
      *a End Gap

      Install the fuel inlet box ring to the fuel tank filler pipe shield from the inside of the rear fender.

      Note

      Do not reuse the fuel inlet box ring which transformed.

      Tech Tips

      Install so that the end gap comes down to the bottom.

      B000WYJ Install in this Direction

      Set the fuel filler opening lid sub-assembly.

      Tech Tips

      At this time, set the fuel tank filler pipe shield lip while pulling it towards the exterior of the vehicle.

    6. Install the 4 screws.

      *a End Gap

      Install the fuel inlet box ring to the lip of the fuel tank filler pipe shield.

      Note

      Do not reuse the fuel inlet box ring which transformed.

      Tech Tips

      Install so that the end gap comes down to the bottom.

  2. INSTALL REAR WHEEL HOUSE LINER LH


    1. Set the rear wheel house liner LH.

      Install the 5 clips.

    3. B000V95C01
      B000XM7 Grommet
      B000TT4 Clip

      Install 3 new grommets.

    4. Install the 2 clips.

    5. B000XL2

      Install the rear wheel house liner LH with the 5 clips.

  3. INSTALL BODY ROCKER PANEL MOULDING ASSEMBLY LH

  4. INSTALL REAR WHEEL LH

  5. INSTALL FUEL LID WITH MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  6. INSTALL FUEL TANK CAP ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the clip and connect the strap.

    2. Turn the clockwise to install the fuel tank cap assembly.

  7. INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING LID ASSEMBLY

      Pull the hooks of fuel filler opening lid assembly together and set it.

      B000WYJ Install in this Direction

      Slide the fuel filler opening lid assembly in the direction shown in the illustration until it locks.
