QUARTER WINDOW GLASS ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT QUARTER WINDOW ASSEMBLY LH

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Component without harness connected (Quarter window assembly LH(Glass brekage sensor connector))

      Inspect the glass brekage sensor connector.

      
      

      1. Detach the glass brekage sensor connector.

      2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 (SSR+) - 2 (SSR-) Always Below 1Ω

         If the result is not as specified, replace the quarter window assembly LH.

2. INSPECT QUARTER WINDOW ASSEMBLY RH

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Component without harness connected (Quarter window assembly RH(Glass brekage sensor connector))

      Inspect the glass brekage sensor connector.

      
      

      1. Detach the glass brekage sensor connector.

      2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 (SSR+) - 2 (SSR-) Always Below 1Ω

         If the result is not as specified, replace the quarter window assembly RH.
