  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. B000XLA

      Connect the Connector.

    2. B000TYHC01
      *a Clamp (A)
      *b Clamp (B)
      *c Clamp (C)

      w/ Smog Ventilation Sensor:


      1. Attach the clamp (A), (B) and (C) to install the thermistor assembly.

    3. w/o Smog Ventilation Sensor:


      1. Attach the clamp (A) and (C) to install the thermistor assembly.

  2. INSTALL HOOD LOCK RELEASE LEVER PROTECTOR

  3. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR


    1. B000VVX

      Attach the guide to install the lower radiator air deflector.

    2. Install the 5 clips.

  4. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL LH


    1. B000VVO

      Attach the claw and guide to install the radiator support to frame seal LH.

    2. Install the 6 clips.

  5. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL RH


    1. B000VF4

      Attach the claw and guide to install the radiator support to frame seal RH.

    2. Install the 6 clips.
