    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.

      Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips and room partition panel insulator.

      Using a screwdriver, pull out the locking button as shown in the illustration to release the lock and disconnect the pretensioner connector.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Detach the guide and remove the rear No. 1 seat outer belt assembly LH.
