REAR SEAT SPEAKER INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY WITH BOX


    1. With the speaker in the installed condition, check there are no abnormalities such looseness or rattling

    2. Check that there is no foreign matter inside the speaker.

    3. Check that the speaker cone is not damaged.

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      for 12 Speakers:
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 2 Always 2.5 Ω
      for 13 Speakers:
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 2 Always 5.0 to 7.6 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 3 speaker assembly with box.
