DESCRIPTION

The DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU) stores DTC C1B0A/42 when the target angles sent from the VGRS ECU (front steering control ECU) via the local bus and sub bus do not match.

All conditions are met:


  • 1 second or more after the engine switch is turned on (IG).

  • The power source voltage is 10 to 16 V.

  • The target angles sent from the VGRS ECU via the local bus and sub bus do not match for approximately 1.5 seconds or more.

  • VGRS ECU (front steering control ECU)

  • DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU)

  • Harness or connector

 Comes on Engine switch on (IG) again

  • When replacing the VGRS ECU (front steering control ECU), perform actuator angle neutral position calibration and initialization after replacement.
