ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE ACTUATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 ACTUATOR HARNESS CLAMP


    1. B000VA1

      Connect the No. 1 actuator harness clamp with the 2 clamps.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 ACTUATOR HARNESS CLAMP


    1. B000WGP

      Connect the No. 2 actuator harness clamp with the clamp.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 CABLE SUPPORT BRACKET


    1. B000XC7

      Install the No. 1 cable support bracket in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 CABLE SUPPORT BRACKET


    1. B000VCC

      Install the No. 2 cable support bracket in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

  5. INSTALL CABLE SUPPORT BRACKET


    1. B000WJT

      Install the parking brake cable support bracket in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

  6. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    1. B000XY9

      Install the parking brake actuator assembly with bracket with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      27 N*m  { 275 kgf*cm, 20 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the parking brake actuator assembly with bracket with the bolt and 6 nuts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }
