PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL LH

  3. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL RH

  4. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR

  5. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  6. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO CROSSMEMBER BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  10. DISCONNECT NO. 2 PCV HOSE

  11. DISCONNECT NO. 3 PCV HOSE

  12. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY

  13. REMOVE HOOD LOCK RELEASE LEVER PROTECTOR

  16. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 bolts.

    2. Detach the 2 clamps and disconnect the engine room main wire.

    3. B000XVS

      Remove the 4 bolts, 2 clips and upper radiator support sub-assembly.

  19. REMOVE SUB RADIATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. B000TREC03
      *1 Radiator Hose Sub-assembly
      *2 No. 2 Radiator Hose Sub-assembly

      Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the radiator hose sub-assembly and No. 2 radiator hose sub-assembly from the sub radiator assembly.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Detach the 2 claws and remove the sub radiator assembly.

      Note


      • Put pieces of cloth into the pipes and disconnected hoses or cover the pipes and hoses with plastic bags to prevent foreign matter from entering the sub radiator assembly and cooling system.

      • Do not apply excessive force to the radiator hose sub-assembly and No. 2 radiator hose sub-assembly.

      • Do not allow the sub radiator assembly to interfere with surrounding parts.
