CAUTION:
DO not remove the reserve tank cap, radiator cap sub-assembly or radiator drain cock plug, while the engine and radiator assembly are still hot. Pressurized, hot engine coolant and steam may be released and cause serious burns.
Because the engine, radiator assembly, No. 1 radiator hose and No. 3 radiator hose are extremely hot, do not perform these procedures without wearing protective gloves.
Performing these procedures without wearing protective gloves could result in burns.
When checking the thermostat open timing, do not touch rotating components such as the cooling fan.
Touching rotating components such as the cooling fan could result in your hand or clothing getting caught and pulled in.

REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL LH
REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL RH
REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR
REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY
REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
ADD ENGINE COOLANT
INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY
INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY
INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR
INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL RH
INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL LH
INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
