FUEL MAIN VALVE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FUEL MAIN VALVE ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Apply gasoline to 2 new O-rings. Then install the 2 O-rings to the fuel main valve assembly.

   2. Install the fuel main valve assembly to the fuel suction plate sub-assembly (fuel filter).

      Note

      When installing the O-rings, make sure they do not become pinched or cut.

   3. Install the clip to the fuel suction plate sub-assembly (fuel filter).

2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP FILTER

3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
