LIGHTING SYSTEM Door Unlock Detection Switch Circuit

DESCRIPTION

The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) detects the condition of each door unlock detection switch.

  1. READ VALUE USING GTS


    1. Read the Data List according to the display on the GTS.

    1. Remove the front door with motor lock assembly LH.

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT DOOR WITH MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY LH - DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the S4 front door with motor lock assembly LH connector.

    2. Disconnect the 3D*1 or 3A*2 driver side junction block assembly connector.


      • *1: for LHD

      • *2: for RHD

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      for LHD, w/o Double Locking

      S4-8 (LSSR) - 3D-31 Always Below 1 Ω
      S4-8 (LSSR) or 3D-31 - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S4-7 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

      S4-10 (LSSR) - 3D-31 Always Below 1 Ω

    1. Disconnect the R4 front door with motor lock assembly RH connector.

    2. Disconnect the 3B*1 or 3D*2 driver side junction block assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
