The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization, or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed, installed, or replaced during the throttle body with motor assembly removal/installation are shown below.

PROCEDURE
REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL RH
REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL LH
REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
DISCONNECT NO. 2 PCV HOSE
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 PCV hose from the air cleaner hose assembly.
DISCONNECT NO. 3 PCV HOSE
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 3 PCV hose from the air cleaner hose assembly.
REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY
Loosen the 4 hose clamps and remove the air cleaner hose assembly.
REMOVE THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY
Disconnect the throttle body with motor assembly connector.

Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 4 water by-pass hose from the front water by-pass joint.
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 5 water by-pass hose from the water inlet housing.
Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts from the throttle body with motor assembly.
Using an E6 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 stud bolts, throttle body with motor assembly and gasket from the intake air surge tank assembly.
Note
If the throttle body with motor assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.
Slide the 2 clips, remove the No. 4 water by-pass hose and No. 5 water by-pass hose from the throttle body with motor assembly.
