Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT LED (for Bulb Type Back-up Light)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the screw.

      B006ZFL Remove in this Direction

      Turn the rear combination light LED as shown in the illustration to remove it.

  2. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT GASKET (for Bulb Type Back-up Light)

      Remove the rear combination light gasket.

      Note

      After the rear combination light gasket is removed, be sure to replace it with a new one. Failure to do so may cause water ingress.

  3. REMOVE REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB (for Bulb Type Back-up Light)

      B006ZFL Disconnect in this Direction

      Turn the rear combination light socket and wire with the rear turn signal light bulb as shown in the illustration to disconnect them as a unit.

    2. Remove the rear turn signal light bulb from the rear combination light socket and wire.

  4. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE (for Bulb Type Back-up Light)

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connector to remove the rear combination light socket and wire.

  5. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT CORD (for LED Type Back-up Light)

      Disengage the 2 clamps.

    2. Disconnect the connector to remove the rear combination light cord.

  6. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT LENS AND BODY (for Bulb Type Back-up Light)
