  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. w/ Automatic Headlight Beam Level Control System:


      1. B006XWPC01
        *a Connector Lock Lever
        B006ZFL Engage in this Direction

        Connect the connector and raise the connector lock lever to engage the claw and lock the connector as shown in the illustration.

    2. w/o Automatic Headlight Beam Level Control System:


      1. Connect each connector.

    3. B006ZM3C01
      B006ZFL Install in this Direction

      Engage the guide to temporarily install the headlight assembly as shown in the illustration.

    4. B006Y8EC01
      *a Bolt
      *b Screw

      Install the headlight assembly with the bolt and 3 screws.

      Torque:
      Bolt
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

    5. Remove the protective tape.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  3. PERFORM INITIALIZATION (w/ Automatic Headlight Beam Level Control System)
