REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Fold Down Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH (for LH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  2. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)


    1. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:


      1. B004NIS

        Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. B004NI6

      Disengage the 15 hooks.

      B006ZFL Remove in this Direction

      Remove the rear side seatback cover with pad from the rear side seatback frame sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag)

  4. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)


    1. Remove the rear side seatback cover sub-assembly LH from the rear side seatback pad LH.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag)

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK UPPER LOCK BEZEL (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the rear seatback upper lock bezel.

  10. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)

      *a Fastener

      Open the 2 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

      Disengage the 4 hooks.

      Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for LH Side)


    1. for Removable Headrest:

        B006ZFL Remove in this Direction

        Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for LH Side)


    1. w/o Removable Headrest:


      1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 6 claws and remove the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad as shown in the illustration.

      1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 5 claws and remove the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad as shown in the illustration.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE COVER (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the pin and remove the rear seatback hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      Remove the bolt and bush.

      B006WSJ Remove in this Direction (2)

      Disengage the pin and remove the rear seat center armrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the bush as shown in the illustration.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST BOX ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)


    1. for Type A:

        Disengage the 4 claws to remove the rear seat center armrest box assembly.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST COVER (for RH Side)


    1. for Type A:

        Remove the rear seat center armrest cover.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      for Type A:


      1. Remove the 2 screws and rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly.

    2. for Type B:

        Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

        Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      *a Fastener

      Open the fastener as shown in the illustration and remove the rear seat center armrest cover sub-assembly from the rear seat center armrest pad sub-assembly.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER SHOULDER BELT GUIDE (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat center shoulder belt guide.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK UPPER LOCK BEZEL (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the rear seatback upper lock bezel.

  21. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)

      Open the 2 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for RH Side)

        Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

  23. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for RH Side)

    2. w/o Removable Headrest:


      1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 6 claws and remove the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad as shown in the illustration.

  24. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT COVER

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the child restraint seat cover as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for all of the child restraint seat covers.

  25. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT BASE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and guide to remove the child restraint seat base cover as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for all of the child restraint seat base covers.

  26. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Disengage the 4 fasteners.
