REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Fixed Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH


    1. B0070SD

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH


    1. B006ZMI

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER SHOULDER BELT GUIDE


    1. B0071KL

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat center shoulder belt guide.

  4. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. Remove the 43 hog rings.

    2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 16 claws and remove the bench type rear seatback cover from the bench type rear seatback pad as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT COVER

      B006ZFL Remove in this Direction

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the child restraint seat cover as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for all of the child restraint seat covers.

  6. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT BASE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and guide to remove the child restraint seat base cover as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Disengage the 4 fasteners.

    2. Disengage the 6 hooks.

    3. Remove the 6 hog rings.

    4. Remove the 2 hog rings.

    5. Disengage the 20 hooks.

    6. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 24 claws and remove the bench type rear seat cushion cover from the rear seat cushion pad sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
