DESCRIPTION

When the position control ECU assembly (driver seat) does not receive a front vertical motor position sensor signal despite the seat having been moved upward or downward by power seat motor operation, this DTC is stored.

  1. CLEAR DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs.


      Body Electrical > Driver Seat > Clear DTCs

  2. CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Check for DTCs.


      Body Electrical > Driver Seat > Trouble Codes
      OK
      DTC B2652 is not output.

  3. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING GTS (SEAT FRONT VERTICAL OPERATION)


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Driver Seat / Active Test.

    5. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the GTS.

    1. Disconnect the a6 power seat tilt motor assembly (driver seat) connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Reconnect the a6 power seat tilt motor assembly (driver seat) connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    1. Disconnect the a12 position control ECU assembly (driver seat) connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    1. Disconnect the a10 and a11 position control ECU assembly (driver seat) connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
