SEAT HEATER SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the K54 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Tech Tips

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

      K54-2 (IG+) - Body ground LA-GR - Body ground IG power supply Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      K54-2 (IG+) - Body ground LA-GR - Body ground IG power supply Engine switch off Below 1 V
      K54-4 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

    3. Reconnect the K54 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    4. Measure the voltage and check for pulses generation according to the value(s) in the table below.

      • Engine switch on (IG)

  2. CHECK REFRESHING SEAT SWITCH

    1. Disconnect the K49 refreshing seat switch connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Tech Tips

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

    3. Reconnect the K49 refreshing seat switch connector.
