HEADUP DISPLAY DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE METER MIRROR WIRE

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps to remove the meter mirror wire.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 COMBINATION SPEED METER CUSHION

      B006Y8C Double-sided Tape

      Remove the No. 1 combination speed meter cushion.

  3. REMOVE COMBINATION SPEED METER CUSHION

      B006Y8C Double-sided Tape

      Remove the combination speed meter cushion.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 COMBINATION METER MIRROR PLATE


    1. B004NJ1

      Remove the 8 screws.

    2. B004N0WC02
      B006ZFL Remove in this Direction

      Disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

    3. B004O3SC03
      *1 Light Sensor Assembly

      Remove the screw.

    4. Disconnect the light sensor assembly to remove the No. 1 combination meter mirror plate.
