PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT SECURITY INDICATOR LIGHT (TELLTALE LIGHT ASSEMBLY) (w/ Telltale Light Assembly)

      Component without harness connected

      (Security Indicator Light (Telltale Light Assembly))

      Apply battery voltage to the connector according to the table below.

      OK
      Battery Connection Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 9

      Battery negative (-) → Terminal 6

      		 Security indicator light comes on

      If the result is not as specified, replace the security indicator light (telltale light assembly).

  2. INSPECT SECURITY INDICATOR LIGHT (CLOCK ASSEMBLY) (w/ Clock Assembly)

      Component without harness connected

      (Security Indicator Light (Clock Assembly))

      Apply battery voltage to the connector according to the table below.

      OK
      Battery Connection Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 5

      Battery negative (-) → Terminal 7

      		 Security indicator light comes on

      If the result is not as specified, replace the security indicator light (clock assembly).
