    When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, initialize the following systems after the cable is reconnected.

  2. PRECAUTIONS WHEN USING GTS


    1. After all DTCs are cleared, check if the malfunction occurs again 6 seconds after turning the ignition switch ON.

  3. PRECAUTIONS FOR THE DOOR CONTROL TRANSMITTER ASSEMBLY


    1. The door control transmitter assembly is a precision instrument. Be sure to observe the following:


      1. Do not drop or strike the door control transmitter assembly.

      2. Do not allow the door control transmitter assembly to be kept in a high temperature place for a long time.

      3. Do not use an ultrasonic washing machine to clean the door control transmitter assembly.

      4. Keep the door control transmitter assembly away from magnets or magnetized items during use.

      5. Do not attach any stickers to the door control transmitter assembly.

  4. PRECAUTION FOR REGISTRATION


    1. If replacing any of the following parts, refer to Service Bulletin.

      Note

      Any door control transmitter assemblies or ECUs for which registration has been performed cannot be reused.
