PROCEDURE

1. DISCONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Fold Down Seat Type)

2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY (for Fold Down Seat Type)

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK (for Fold Down Seat Type)

   Click here

4. DISCONNECT REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH (for Fold Down Seat Type)

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH (for Fold Down Seat Type)

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

6. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (for Reclining Seat Type)

7. DISCONNECT REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Reclining Seat Type)

8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY (for Reclining Seat Type)

9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK (for Reclining Seat Type)

10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for Reclining Seat Type)

    Click here

11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH (for Reclining Seat Type)

12. DISCONNECT REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH (for Reclining Seat Type)

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

13. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH (for Reclining Seat Type)

14. REMOVE INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH RH

15. REMOVE DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER (w/o Smart Entry and Start System)

    Note

    
    

    • Do not drop, strike or otherwise subject the door control receiver to impact.

    • If the door control receiver is subjected to an impact, replace it with a new one.

    
    

    1. 

       Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides.

    3. Disconnect the connector to remove the door control receiver.

16. REMOVE SMART DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Smart Entry and Start System)

    Note

    
    

    • Do not drop, strike or otherwise subject the smart door control receiver assembly to impact.

    • If the smart door control receiver assembly is subjected to an impact, replace it with a new one.

    
    

    1. 

       Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides.

    3. Disconnect the connector to remove the smart door control receiver assembly.
