VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE(for ACIS) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. Click here

   REMOVE VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY (for ACIS)

   
   
   1. 

      Disconnect the union to connector tube hose from the vacuum hose clamp. (for LHD)

   2. Disconnect the union to check valve hose from the vacuum hose clamp. (for RHD)

   3. Disengage the wire harness clamp.

   4. Disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses.

   5. Disconnect the vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS) connector.

   6. Remove the bolt and vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS) from the intake manifold.

   7. 

      Remove the bolt and vacuum hose clamp from the vacuum switching valve assembly (for ACIS).
