BRAKE VACUUM HOSE(for RHD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. Click here

   REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

2. Click here

   REMOVE FRONT CENTER UPPER SUSPENSION BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. Click here

   REMOVE UNION TO CHECK VALVE HOSE (for 2AR-FE)

   
   
   1. 

      Slide the clip and disconnect the union to check valve hose from the brake booster assembly.

   2. 

      Separate the union to check valve hose from the vacuum hose clamp.

   3. Slide the clip and disconnect the union to check valve hose from the intake manifold.

   4. Remove the 2 clips from the union to check valve hose.

4. Click here

   REMOVE UNION TO CHECK VALVE HOSE (for 2GR-FKS)

   
   
   1. 

      Slide the clip and disconnect the union to check valve hose from the brake booster assembly.

   2. 

      Slide the clip and disconnect the union to check valve hose from the air delivery way.

   3. Remove the 2 clips from the union to check valve hose.

5. Click here

   REMOVE AIR TUBE (for 2GR-FKS)

   
   
   1. 

      Disconnect the 2 vacuum transmitting hose assemblies from the air delivery way.

   2. 

      Slide the clip and disconnect the air tube from the vacuum pump assembly.

   3. 

      Slide the clip and disconnect the air tube from the air delivery way.

   4. Remove the 2 clips from the air tube.

   5. 

      Disengage the clamp to remove the air delivery way from the intake air surge tank assembly.
