VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR

  2. REMOVE TRANSMISSION WIRE

    Click here

  3. REMOVE SOLENOID (SL) VALVE

      *1 Solenoid (SL) Valve

      Remove the bolt and solenoid (SL) valve from the transmission valve body assembly.

  4. REMOVE SOLENOID (SL2) VALVE

      *1 Clamp
      *2 No. 2 Solenoid Lock Plate
      *3 Solenoid (SL2) Valve

      Remove the 2 bolts, clamp, No. 2 solenoid lock plate and solenoid (SL2) valve from the transmission valve body assembly.

  5. REMOVE SOLENOID (SL1) VALVE

      *1 Solenoid (SL1) Valve

      Remove the solenoid (SL1) valve from the transmission valve body assembly.

  6. REMOVE SOLENOID (SLT) VALVE


    1. B006ZFMC01
      *1 Solenoid Lock Plate
      *2 Solenoid (SLT) Valve

      Remove the bolt, solenoid lock plate and solenoid (SLT) valve from the transmission valve body assembly.

  7. REMOVE SOLENOID (SLU) VALVE

      *1 Solenoid (SLU) Valve

      Remove the solenoid (SLU) valve from the transmission valve body assembly.

  8. REMOVE SOLENOID (SL3) VALVE

      *1 No. 3 Solenoid Lock Plate
      *2 Solenoid (SL3) Valve

      Remove the bolt, No. 3 solenoid lock plate and solenoid (SL3) valve from the transmission valve body assembly.

  9. REMOVE SOLENOID (SL4) VALVE


    1. B006XZKC10
      *1 No. 4 Solenoid Lock Plate
      *2 Solenoid (SL4) Valve

      Remove the bolt, No. 4 solenoid lock plate and solenoid (SL4) valve from the transmission valve body assembly.
