LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER

  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT KEY CYLINDER PROTECTOR


    1. for Type A:


      1. B004EKE

        Remove the nut and luggage compartment key cylinder protector.

    2. for Type B:


      1. B004F6B

        Remove the nut and luggage compartment key cylinder protector.

  3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. B004F9D

      Disconnect the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly from the luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly.

    2. B004G5O

      Disengage the clamp.

    3. B004GWK

      Disconnect the connector.

    4. Remove the 2 bolts and luggage compartment door lock assembly.

  4. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the claw as shown in the illustration.

    2. B004ES0

      Remove the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly from the luggage compartment door lock assembly.
