THERMOSTAT INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL WATER INLET WITH THERMOSTAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install a new gasket on the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly.

   2. Install the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

2. CONNECT NO. 4 RADIATOR HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 4 radiator hose to the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

3. CONNECT AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS

4. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP

   Click here

5. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine)

   Click here

6. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine)

7. INSTALL CENTER NO. 4 ENGINE UNDER COVER
