THERMOSTAT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Click here

  2. REMOVE CENTER NO. 4 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE SERVICE PLUG GRIP

    Click here

  5. REMOVE CONNECTOR COVER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  6. CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE

    Click here

  7. INSTALL CONNECTOR COVER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  8. DISCONNECT AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS

    Click here

  9. DISCONNECT NO. 4 RADIATOR HOSE

    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 4 radiator hose from the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE WATER INLET WITH THERMOSTAT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B004GFJ

      Remove the 2 nuts and water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the gasket from the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly.
