EGR VALVE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

   Tech Tips

   Perform the "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the EGR valve assembly.

   1. Install a new EGR valve gasket and EGR valve assembly to the EGR cooler assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      25 N*m  { 255 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf }

2. INSTALL EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

   
   

   1. Perform the "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the EGR valve assembly.
